2. What data we collect and why

Email address (waitlist)

If you submit your email address via the "Notify me" form, we store and process your email address for the sole purpose of notifying you when new tools or features launch. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Your email is processed by our email service provider. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

Browser storage (localStorage)

The tools on this site store data locally in your browser's localStorage — for example, saved NPCs, adventure collections, and usage counters. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server. It is not personal data in the sense of the GDPR. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.

No cookies, no tracking

This site does not use cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party tracking or advertising service. No personal data is collected during ordinary use of the tools.

3. Third-party services

Ko-fi / donation link: If you click the donate button, you are redirected to Ko-fi's website. Ko-fi processes your payment data independently. Please refer to Ko-fi's own privacy policy at ko-fi.com/privacy.

Email service provider — Brevo: Your email address is stored and processed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 55 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France). Brevo acts as a data processor on our behalf. For details, see brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy and their data processing agreement.

4. Data retention

Email addresses collected via the waitlist are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We do not retain email addresses for longer than necessary.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, with no effect on prior processing

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@rpg--toolkit.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for Berlin:
